Due to family emergency we were forced to cut our vacation plans short and return home. We contacted UNIGLOBE Travel and they performed magic for us. Not only did they book us on the first available flight out of the Dominican Republic, they contacted our resort and had our boarding passes printed and delivered to our room. Even during check in, the airline representative knew about our emergency and provided us with an upgrade.

This service was above and beyond and we truly appreciated the extra efforts during this very difficult time. Figuring out getting home, on our own, would have only added to an already stressful situation.
